Every conversation follows the same path — and you can see where it went.
The scary part of an AI in your inbox is losing the thread. Donna answers in the open, in the same conversation your team reads — and you can take any thread back mid-sentence.
Donna runs on your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral or Groq key, so model costs are billed to you at cost — we never mark them up or resell tokens. Most answers cost a fraction of a cent, and the app meters every one of them: spend this month, by model, in the same place you set the key.

You see it, in the same thread as every other message — she answers in your shared inbox, not in a place your team can't read. Take the conversation over in one click and carry on typing where she left off; then tighten your instructions, or add a handoff rule so the next question like it waits for a person.
No. Donna is an app you authorise on Crisp; she writes into your existing conversations the way a teammate would. Your widget, routing rules, triggers and team permissions are untouched, and removing the app leaves your inbox exactly as it was.
By your rules, written in the words you'd use: refunds outside policy, contracts and invoicing, frustration in the thread, a customer simply asking for a person. Switch each on or off. One more switch decides everything your rules don't cover — she answers it, or she leaves it for you.
Only what you tell her, and what your own API returns when she calls it. A few lines about what you sell and what you never promise, a tone, a language — that's the whole of it. Nothing is crawled and nothing is trained on, which is why those few lines are worth ten minutes.
It can read the endpoints you switch on, one at a time, and nothing else. Every call is a GET over https, redirects aren't followed, private and internal addresses are blocked, and there is no code path that writes to your systems.
Conversation text goes to the model provider whose key you configured, and nowhere else. We store the transcripts so your team can read them in the shared inbox, and we don't train on your data. Delete the workspace and the conversations go with it.
You pay them, at your provider's published rates, on your own key — we never mark them up. The app meters every conversation and shows the month's spend by model, so the bill is never a surprise. No key yet? Use ours to start and switch when you're ready.
